Description

Fits 1998-2007 Dodge Cummins 24 valve & Common Rail cylinder heads.

Our water bypass kit relieves excessive pressure in the back of the engine. Our water valve opens between 45-50 psi. Engines that turn high rpm’s create high pressure in the back of the block that causes freeze plugs in the block/ cylinder head to blow out under ‘higher than stock’ hp applications.

Kit includes:

Polished aluminum thermostat spacer – (with mounting hardware / o-ring)
Braded stainless steel AN #8 line (with fittings on both ends)
Brass water bypass valve (adjustable from 50-100 psi)
